7.3 rpms or not?

i asked this question yesterday or the day before, but it may have been
too far down in a posting to be seen and replied to:

on:

http://www.us.postgresql.org/sitess.html

it says in bright red letters:

NOTE: RPMs are not yet available for v7.3.

however, at the link:

http://www.ca.postgresql.org/ftpsite/binary/v7.3/RPMS/redhat-8.0/

there are what certainly look to be 7.3 RPMs.

are they are aren't they? what is their status?

i'd move to 7.3 if i thought these were release RPMs.

I'm running 7.3.2 rpms so the news seems out of date.

This page looks to be part of the old Users Lounge, not part of the new
version.  Probably there is some kind of incorrect mirroring going on.
