I'm having some kind of problem with encoding and the functions
pgxml_parse and pgxml_xpath.
They work very well if I don't have words with graphical signs (á, é, ô,
etc.), otherwise it just
retunrs false on the pgxml_parse.
Someone can tell me what is the problem?
