Where do I finf directions and code to set up replication with postgres

I am in search of a 24x7 solution (e.g. replication, standby database, clustering, etc.) using postgres. If there has been a proven solution I'd love to try it out on two linix boxes. Please let me know if there is such a thing using postgres.
