I am using postgreSQL on Cygwin on W2K. I can not set time zone. The log is below:
EDYS=# set timezone to UTC;
SET VARIABLE
EDYS=# show timezone;
NOTICE: Time zone is 'utc'
EDYS=# SELECT current_timestamp;
timestamptz
---------------------------------------------
20/11/2002 14:38:41.111625 GMT
How can I change that GMT to "+2" or smt other.???
