Hi guys and girlies,

I have read somewhere that a Windows native build of PG is in beta,
but I have been having some trouble finding the binaries/documents and
so on.
Does anyone know what the status is, stability, progress etc?

Thanx in advance }:o]

It seems there is a brazilian win native build of PG, but it isn't open
source.. check out www.dbexperts.com.br

If you get some info about a open source build for windows, plz let me know,
because I've been looking for one for a long time :)

Best regards.

There's a company that sells a windows native version of postgres.
It's quite reliable, but the version I bought don't have some important
features, maybe by now they have already implemented everything.
And another problem is that they don't distribut it with the source code.
Take a look at www.dbexperts.net

Hello,

Command Prompt has a version for Windows in Beta. It still uses Cygwin
but does not require a Cygwin "shell". It will even install as a
NT/2000/XP service.

Sincerely,

Joshua Drake

P.S. No it is not Open Source
