Thread: True/False Values
Hi, I have two different postgresql 7.1.3 servers, when I return a true or false value from a PL/pgSQL function one server returns 0 or 1 but the other returns 'f' or 't'. Is this a configuration setting some where? Dean Grubb Atrium-Online www.atrium-online.com.au | |||

Two servers of the same release calling the same function and one returns 0/1 and another f/t. Seems impossible to me. There must be some difference between the servers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dean Grubb wrote: > Hi, > > I have two different postgresql 7.1.3 servers, when I return a true or false > value from a PL/pgSQL function one server returns 0 or 1 but the other > returns 'f' or 't'. > > Is this a configuration setting some where? > > Dean Grubb > Atrium-Online > www.atrium-online.com.au [ unknown/unknown is not supported, skipping... ] -- Bruce Momjian | http://candle.pha.pa.us pgman@candle.pha.pa.us | (610) 853-3000 + If your life is a hard drive, | 830 Blythe Avenue + Christ can be your backup. | Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026
