Thread: Help for "/cygipc-1.11-1.bz2: can not open: no such file or directory."

Hey all,

I am new to Postgresql. I have installed all the files as instructed on the
website(http://www.student.unimelb.edu.au/~ihaywood/win9x.html) for windows.
But tar xvjf cygipc-1.11-1.bz2 command returns error:

"/cygipc-1.11-1.bz2: can not open: no such file or directory."
