Thread: DB GUI design tool?
Can anyone recommend a free GUI DB design tool for Windows I could use to model my database design? (something similar to the design tool in MS access). I don't need it to actually connect to a DB or create a DB. Just need it to help me draw pretty pictures and visualize what my DB will look like. If it can recognize pgsql data types even better. Jc

You can look also http://www.win-design.com/ and Power AMC from Sybase. but it's a ratio like 1 to 6 or 8 !!! -- Cordialement, Daniel mailto:infonews@ajornet.com
Try PG Explorer. It has a GUI Query designer that generates the SQL and a way to easily browse the data or view the results of your query. http://www.pgexplorer.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jean-Christian Imbeault" <jc@mega-bucks.co.jp> To: "pgsql-general" <pgsql-general@postgresql.org> Sent: Wednesday, July 10, 2002 5:04 AM Subject: [GENERAL] DB GUI design tool? > Can anyone recommend a free GUI DB design tool for Windows I could use > to model my database design? I recommend Vertabelo - http://www.vertabelo.com. It’s an online database designer working under Chrome. It is free to use for smaller projects and have commercial version for larger.
