Thread: Any alarm-clock features available?

Hello folks,

Is there any alarm-clock features available in PostgreSQL where I can register
with the DBMS that I want it to do ACTION when TIME is expired STARTING from NOW?

If yes, what's it? Please drop some hints. Thanks.

Most people use cron -- AFAIK there aren't any features built into
PostgreSQL to support this functionality.
