Hi Everybody,

Does anybody know if postgres is able to produce XML document format
(convert SQL to XML)?

Perl has some tools to do some xml-ish things.  For example, DBIx::XML_RDB
(see http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/CPAN/data/DBIx-XML_RDB/XML_RDB.html )
