Can't dump a database

$ pg_dump meetstheeye > meetstheeye.backup
getTables(): SELECT (for VIEW DEFINITION) failed.  Explanation from backend:
ERROR:  cache lookup of type 19048 failed

Oops, I guess I screwed something up. Any idea how to get it back?
