Thread: dump/restore failing in 7.1.2

In dumping from one 7.1.2 install and trying to restore in another fresh
install:

psql:/local/dumpall-8-14:7: ERROR:  CREATE USER: sysid 101 is already
assigned
CREATE USER
DELETE 0
You are now connected to database template1 as user postgres.
CREATE DATABASE
You are now connected to database <mydb> as user postgres.
psql:/local/dumpall-8-14:22: \connect: FATAL 1:  user
"<username-goes-here>" does not exist
