Having trouble trying to find web pages that tell what the SQL 92 standard
is.  Anyone have any leads?

If you want SQL99, you might find it at

ftp://jerry.ece.umassd.edu/isowg3/x3h2/Standards/

SQL 1999 is considered the current standard AFAIK.
