Thread: Book PDF to be removed soon

My book is almost ready for purchase.  It should be for sale in a few
days.  When it is finally ready, Addison-Wesley has asked me to remove
the PDF version of the book.  The HTML version will remain.  The book is
at:

is there any tar.gz containing the web pages ?
