well, I have attempted to browse the mailing lists, but it acts like its going to return something and never does, or
justsits there and "stares" at me, so, I am resorting to emailing this wonderful list =)

Is there anyway to log timestamps into the logfile specified for postgres when something occurs (user logging in,
commandexecution, etc) ??? Just want to have good records of any transactions that take place or what have you.

Thanks!

You can also search the postrges mailing lists in
www.deja.com/home_ps.shtml
And put "*postgres*" in the forum field.
