Having a problem compiling plperl.
 
My system...
 
This is perl, v5.6.0 built for i686-linux
Linux 2.2.13 i686
 
Output from make...

Try configuring with
    perl Makefile.PL POLLUTE=1

Known compatibility problem with newer perls ...
