There is a new version of pg_dump-with-blobs at:
ftp://ftp.rhyme.com.au/pub/postgresql/pg_dump/blobs/
Thanks to Pavel Janík, there are now two files - one for building against
CVS, and the other for building against 702.
Note that to build these files you must cd into the new pg_dump_xxx
directory and type 'make'. It does not modify the higher level makefiles.
