the problems continue:

bash-2.03$ createdb mydb1

Connection to database 'template1' failed.

Missing or mis-configured pg_hba.conf file

createdb: database creation failed on mydb1.

pg_hba.conf is in /usr/local/pgsql/data with right (r) for user postgres

I edit the file to give right to connet from network staions, but even
from console 1 the createdb failed again.

???

I think I schould do it like a WindowsUser

Delete and begin from start with a compete new installation.

Sounds like you did not run the 'initdb' program as the Postgres superuser.
Do this before starting up the postmaster for the first time.
