Idea on indexes

Someone on my blog suggested that we add more prominent links to the
documentation index:

    http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/bookindex.html

It is a very nice index.  Ideas of where to add it?

The current link is exactly where I'd expect it to be.  I don't think
there's a problem here; not everything can be made prominent.
