I'd like to add a History section to all pages within the reference
section. Most of these sections will consist of simply 'Command added in
version N.xx'.
However, there are a number of notes and comments inline which bring up
points about changes from prior versions that could be pushed into this
section. This will be less distracting for those who only care about
the most recent version -- a majority of users since www.postgresql.org
has made it easy to select documentation for a specific major release.
Any thoughts or comments?
