Postgres DB recompilation

Hi,

From some 7.0.2 literature, it was said that one need to perform a
Postgres Database recompilation in order to have
greater than 8KB image files/objects (object data type) to be stored in
Postgres. Has anyone done this before ?
Would you be happy to share this knowledge ?

regards
James

This limit has been gone for a long time (as of some subversion of 7.1 if I
remember correctly).
