Can you tell me the download address?
I have tried download Postgres SQL ODBC Driver
using the address ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/odbc/index.html.
But it have no respond.

Go to website, section "Software", download PostgreSQL tarball, read
installation instructions.
