question regarding grant privilege

The documents on Postgresql  gives explanation on grant privilge that it could be extended to
 
1.    Tables
2.    Views
3.    Sequences
 
Could the same grant commant be extended to a database.the reason for this is, if i have 100 tables in a db and i want all the users
to be given 'all on' permission i have to do it by giving the grant command for all 100 tables which would be time consuming.
Kindly clarify on this issue

It's on the radar screen, but not for 7.1.
