Multiple connection Load Testing - Inifinte Loop

$ postgres --version
postgres (PostgreSQL) 7.4.3

$ uname -a

While doing Load testing using DOTS, after 5 to 6 connections the
machine starts to slow down and
cygserver seems to hog most of the CPU.  After running the cygserve in
debug mode , I see the following
in the log file repeating infinitely.

Hi,

Cygserver is a separate software package maintained by the cygwin
group.

Best to post this question on a mailing list maintained by
www.cygwin.com rather than here.

Maybe someone here can I help but I think you will have more luck on
another mailing list.
