Thread: How to set ntsec environment variable?

Hi Jason,

I'm following the instruction on installing cygwin and postgresql under
windows 2000.  On item 10 when you said:

10] Assumes that ntsec is set via the CYGWIN environment variable.

How can I be sure that it's set?
