Is there PostgreSQL 7.2.4 version under Cygwin ?

Currently I'm using 7.2.3 and can't use 7.3.x because of the driver problem ( I'm using Delphi to connect to PostgreSQL ).

AFAICT, you will have to build the above yourself.  Look at my
CYGWIN-PATCHES/build.sh from the 7.2.3-2 source tarball for a good
starting point *and* remember to apply the patches from
CYGWIN-PATCHES/postgresql.patch.

Sorry, but I can't afford to maintain two Cygwin PostgreSQL packages.
