Something is wrong with ipc-daemon, it is exiting.

No, nothing is wrong with ipc-daemon -- something is wrong with Kamil's
PATH. Hence, the following error message:

    BASH: ipc-daemon: command not found

The intidb (postgres.exe) is hanging because ipc-daemon is not running.

Kamil,

Correct your PATH so that ipc-daemon can be found or use the full path
name instead.

Also, next time please cut and paste the text from the bash window
instead of sending a GIF of the window (although, thanks for sending a
small GIF instead of a huge BMP).
