New List: pgsql-cygwin@postgresql.org

Due to the growing interest in running PostgreSQL under Windows, using the
Cygwin environment, a new mailing list has been created:

    pgsql-cygwin@postgresql.org

With a corresponding newsgroup also available as:

    comp.databases.postgresql.ports.cygwin

Basically, if it deals with running, compiling, installing PostgreSQL
under Windows, using cygwin, *please* post it here ...
