. autoconfig port to use based on a single config value.
  This means you don't have to set new ports for each release.
. make lock conflict non-silent in verbose mode.
. find-typedef improvements - still need to make that a
  perl module and add it to pg source.
. make sure nosend is set if from-source is used.
