Thread: pginstaller - pginst: New Terminal Services detection code.

New Terminal Services detection code. This one should correctly detect the "/console mode" on Windows 2003.

Also, fix error messages in ValidateSession(). Since it runs in the UI sequence it should use MsgBox.
