Thread: pginstaller - pginst: * Change "Install as a service" to be a checkbox

* Change "Install as a service" to be a checkbox to be the same as initdb.

* Fix bug that showed if you enabled server install, enabled service, then went back and disbaled server. Would call
wrongcustom actions.
