Operating system:   Linux Ubuntu 14.04
Description:

package
postgresql-9.4
depends
postgresql-client-9.4
which depends libpq5 (>= 9.4.5)

but libpq
have only
9.4~rc1-1.pgdg14.04+1
and 9.5.0-1.pgdg14.04+2
versions in official repository

if i need install together

apt-get install postgresql-9.4 posgresql-server-dev-9.4

will be installed libpq5 and libpq-dev version 9.5.x

but libpq-dev headers 9.5.x not compatible with postgresql-server-dev-9.4
headers posgtresql and some extension compilation over pgxn is broken
