Description:

The installer stops during the C++ 2013 2015100051 x64 bit Runtime
instllation process with an error message of unsupported data dictionary.
The alpha2 version with the same C++ runtime both installs and works ok.

You need to uninstall alpha2 and remove the old data directory before
installing beta1, as the data directory is not compatible.
