Hi,
The Cluster created by the 9.4.1 x64 Windows Installer is set to
French_France when French_Canada is selected.
Our workaround is to delete the cluster created by the installer and
recreate one with initdb =E2=80=93encoding=3DUTF-8 =E2=80=93lc-collate=3DFr=
ench_Canada
=E2=80=93lc-ctype=3DFrench_Canada.
We've got that problem on both Windows 7 & 8.1.
