The following bug has been logged on the website: Bug reference: 11474 Logged by: Goulven Guillard Email address: lecotegougdelaforce@free.fr PostgreSQL version: 9.3.5 Operating system: Fedora 20 Description: Hi, The issue about to_date() and to_timestamp() not accepting localized month and day names is still on the TODO list. However, reading the documentation about data type formatting functions, one would expect the TM modifier to be effective. A note should be added to the already existing list of usage notes to make it clear. Thanks. Regards, Goulven.
