Ronald,

Did you ever find a solution to this bug?
I'm fairly new to PostgreSQL and I've been fighting with
this for weeks. I think I'm going to be forced to use MySQL
instead even though I'd rather not.=20

What's in the system logs (Console.app) ?

The PostgreSQL logs?

Do you know where the PostgreSQL hkwebentrepreneurs configuration came
from on your system? Did you install a package they'd produced?

If they're packaging Pg, it sounds like they need to change the paths so
it doesn't tread on the standard installation.
