Description:=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20

For Postgres Advanced Server 9.0 Version - default sever configuration has
WAL SEGMENT SIZE set to 128GB. But the Wal Segment Files are of 16MB only.
This behavior is not there in 9.1AS or any other non advanced Postgres
version.=20
