Thread: BUG #5366: Stackbuilder doesn't work
The following bug has been logged online: Bug reference: 5366 Logged by: Helena Biander Email address: helena.biander@nordea.com PostgreSQL version: 8.4 Operating system: Windows Description: Stackbuilder doesn't work Details: When I run stackbuilder it says that http://www.postgresql.org/applications-v2.xml can not be interpreted. Translation to English: XML parse error: Syntax error on line 1. Failed to parse the application list http://www.postgresql.org/applications-v2.xml
Any chance you have a firewall or such intercepting the request? And either rejecting it or showing a captive portal or something? Can you download that URL in a webbrowser on the same machine? /Magnus On Tuesday, March 9, 2010, Helena Biander <helena.biander@nordea.com> wrote: > > The following bug has been logged online: > > Bug reference: =A0 =A0 =A05366 > Logged by: =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0Helena Biander > Email address: =A0 =A0 =A0helena.biander@nordea.com > PostgreSQL version: 8.4 > Operating system: =A0 Windows > Description: =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0Stackbuilder doesn't work > Details: > > When I run stackbuilder it says that > http://www.postgresql.org/applications-v2.xml can not be interpreted. > > Translation to English: > > XML parse error: Syntax error on line 1. > Failed to parse the application list > http://www.postgresql.org/applications-v2.xml > > -- > Sent via pgsql-bugs mailing list (pgsql-bugs@postgresql.org) > To make changes to your subscription: > http://www.postgresql.org/mailpref/pgsql-bugs > --=20 Magnus Hagander Me: http://www.hagander.net/ Work: http://www.redpill-linpro.com/
