Hi.Do you have a downloadable .zip file that I can download with individual php files of the windows version of
PostgreSQLand move the php files into a folder inside my cpanel instead of having to install PostgreSQL directly onto
mycomputer? If not, will you PLEASE create one; I think you should. Free lifetime E-mail

PostgreSQL is a relational database system written in C, to run it, you need
to have installed the binaries or built the database from source.  Are you
maybe referring to phpPGadmin, an administration tool for the database?
