Details:

postgresql-8.0, 56kb Wndows Installation 5/12/05 9:14AM bombs with a popup
window displaying "Failed to create process: 2!" right after the language
selection window.

I don't believe win Me/98/95/3.1 are supported for PostgreSQL. Windows
2000 and on should be fine though.

If you really need to run PG on Win98, perhaps take a look at the cygwin
project and see about installing via that route.
