RC1 and OSX

From

Hi guys,

I am trying to make RC 1 on OS X.

My setup is:

OS X 10.3.2

gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 3.3 20030304 (Apple Computer, Inc. build
1666)
Copyright (C) 2002 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

./configure --with-rendezvous --enable-thread-safety

then make..

here is my error...

gcc -no-cpp-precomp -O2 -Wall -Wmissing-prototypes
-Wpointer-arith -Wendif-labels -fno-strict-aliasing
-I../../../../../../src/include -c -o
utf8_and_euc_cn.o utf8_and_euc_cn.c
In file included from utf8_and_euc_cn.c:18:
../../Unicode/utf8_to_euc_cn.map:4231: error: parse
error before "l"
../../Unicode/utf8_to_euc_cn.map:4232: warning:
missing braces around initializer
../../Unicode/utf8_to_euc_cn.map:4232: warning: (near
initialization for `ULmapEUC_CN[4230]')
../../Unicode/utf8_to_euc_cn.map:4233: error: parse
error before '{' token
../../Unicode/utf8_to_euc_cn.map:4970: error: syntax
error at '#' token

Let me know if there is something I can do at this
end.

Ted

These messages don't seem to have anything to do with the contents of
that file as I have it here. I think you got a corrupt download.

must have been a bad unarchive. I gnuzip'd and un
tar's again and everything made ok. The regression
test are all ok..

thanks,
