The problem is into postgresql-pl.
I downloaded all rpm package for RedHat 9 and rhel3 from the postgresql.org
site.
For redhat 9:

and when I execute "rpm -qpl postgresql-pl-7.4.5-1PGDG.i686.rpm" for both,
my output command is:
/usr/lib/pgsql/plperl.so
/usr/lib/pgsql/plpython.so
the plctl.so doesn't exist.
