pgsql and 3Dcitydb

hi,
I have CityGML file I want to export it to PostGIS for making queries, I found 3dcitydb (http://opportunity.bv.tu-berlin.de/software/projects/3dcitydb/wiki) witch can help me to do this task, then I found a problem in the instalation and I did not understand how to integrate this tool with postgreSQL is that you can help me?
