Main Changes single 3.0
-----------------------

* Table filter for EXECUTE command, now it works fine
even when affected tables are missing on some nodes.

* Wait commands - Londiste can wait until all tables
are in sync or wait until it has cathed up with
  root or provider node.

* SQL modules are available as extensions on Postgres 9.1+.

* Fine-grained grants for SQL modules - disabled
by default, need to be manually enambled.

* add-table --find-copy-node - in case table is not materialized
on provider node, search upwards for usable node
  for initial copy.
