I have read some messages about a handover of responsibility for the Weekly
News.  That handover appears to be incomplete, because the Weekly News
hasn't appeared lately.

Will the Weekly News be returning?

I apologize for the delay.  I allowed other responsibilities to get
ahead of the Weekly News and did not notify people that they had.

Anyhow, in the spirit of collaboration, when you have things you
consider newsworthy, please send them to me :)
