Hi all A German company wants (maybe) migrate to PostgreSQL and asked: - is PostgreSQL classified? Does it have a ECCN (for example 5D002, 5D992, etc.)?? - is PostgreSQL considered as EAR99 product - are there any export restrictions for PostgreSQL? Thanks in advance Conni
