I *believe* its on bt.postgresql.org ... assuming its the same one that

I didn't want to put up a 300+MB ISO for ftp, as it would just suck back
all bandwidth available, but we put it up on the bittorrent server since
it at least distributes the bandwidth ...

There are two versions of pg_live. The first one is a 106mb 'lite'
version that doesn't have php, phppgadmin and apache and the second
version which does.
