I don't want you to think I would be impatient, but I'm just curious: Is
release 7.5 already scheduled? Are we planning PR information like in
7.4?

The beta isn't even definitely scheduled yet. Until the beta process starts
there probably isn't a lot of point of worrying about PR details.

We also need to have The Big Argument:  whether it will be 7.5 or 8.0.   This
is an argument we can't start until feature freeze.

Considering the recent discussion on -hackers as to whether there were
enough features to warrant making a release at all, this discussion will
likely be short.
