Thread: 7.3 Press Release Update

I converted Justin's note at the bottom to a TODO list. For info check

I will take care of #3 tonight. I can do #1 as well. I guess I can email
Andrew regarding #2 as well, unless someone knows a better way to
quicker way to get ahold of him (irc/im ?)

It would be good to have someone tackle #4 if possible.

We also need to make sure our lists of translators and press contacts
are ready, Josh/Justin/Mark, are you guys on top of that?
