Thread: Let's get started
OK, I have collected all comments relating to advocacy at: http://candle.pha.pa.us/cgi-bin/pgadvocacy There is a _lot_ of information there. We should start sifting through it and see how we can implement the following goals: Quotations Company users Beef up developers list, add companies success stories update developers map BSD license funding non-technical papers phone/email/visit potential PostgreSQL sites short marketing history Are there additional goals? -- Bruce Momjian | http://candle.pha.pa.us pgman@candle.pha.pa.us | (610) 359-1001 + If your life is a hard drive, | 13 Roberts Road + Christ can be your backup. | Newtown Square, Pennsylvania 19073
Great idea. I added it to my list. It always helps to suggest info. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Robert Treat wrote: > Not sure which topic tis gets filed under, but I think it would be a > good idea to come up with a "White Paper Template" that people could use > to describe their postgresql usage and ensure we are getting relevant > information. Not sure which topic tis gets filed under, but I think it would be a good idea to come up with a "White Paper Template" that people could use to describe their postgresql usage and ensure we are getting relevant information. It might even include help on how to determine information we want (like oid2name and du to get size of database) Robert Treat On Tue, 2002-09-17 at 01:59, Bruce Momjian wrote: > OK, I have collected all comments relating to advocacy at: > > http://candle.pha.pa.us/cgi-bin/pgadvocacy > > There is a _lot_ of information there.
